leave may be accumulated up to a maximum of thirty days, in respect of two such calendar years. Casual leave may
not be combined with full pay leave and accumulated casual
leave will not ordinarily be granted within six months of ar
officer's proceeding on long leave. Casual leave will not be taken into account in calculating the amount of leave for which an officer may be otherwise eligible.
(b) The casual leave of officers of this Class in the
Police Force is governed by Police Regulations.
C. OFFICERS ON THE PERMANENT ESTABLISHMENT
DOMICILED IN INDIA.
(1) CASUAL LEAVE.
18.(a) Officers of this Class other than educational
officers, members of the Police Force and Prison Staff may
be granted one day's casual leave in respect of each month's
service. Such leave may only be accumulated in respect of
two months.
(b) The casual leave of officers of this Class in the Police Force and in the Prisons Department is governed by the regulations of the se departments.
19.
(2) FULL PAY LEAVE.
Officers of this Class may be granted leave on full pay at the rate of two days' leave for every fifteen days resident service. Such leave will ordinarily be granted after five years' resident service.
(3) HALF PAY LEAVE.
20. Officers of this Class will be eligible for half pay leave only as is provided in the case of officers domiciled
in Europe.
